Vihar joined Tassi and Company in 2020 as a Property Accountant. In this role, he is responsible for managing clients’ monthly accounting needs and preparing financial statements for property clients. Additionally, he works closely with clients to maintain compliance with lender requirements, administer partner distributions, and manage cash flow. He is also involved in lease administration and year-end tenant reconciliations. Vihar has experience using key real estate software packages including MRI and Yardi.

Vihar began his career at JLL where he supported monthly reporting processes for clients across the firm’s portfolio. Vihar holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a minor in Economics from DePaul University.
