Senior Associate, Fund Accounting

Lance Joined Tassi and Company in 2022 as a senior associate on the Fund Accounting team. In this role, he collaborates with clients’ finance teams and outside auditors to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient fair value financial reporting under GAAP and REIS reporting standards.

Prior to joining Tassi and Company, Lance served in as an auditor for a public accounting firm where he was responsible for analyzing and summarizing data for completeness and faithful representation as well maintaining relationships with clients. Lance began his accounting career as a fund accountant at a proprietary trading and investment advisory firm where he managed daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting.

Lance holds a bachelor’s degree in business and accounting from DePaul University.
