Kristin Tassi

Director, Human Resources

Kristin joined Tassi and Company in 2021 as the director of human resources where she supports recruiting, training, and employee development. Kristin works closely with the firm’s management team to evaluate growth and staffing needs, support onboarding and training functions, coordinate benefits, and provide opportunities for learning and development and team member engagement. 

Kristin brings more than 15 years of management, communication, and human resources consulting experience to Tassi and Company. In addition to this role, Kristin consults for a number of Fortune 500 companies in areas of internal communications, public relations, and social media. Prior to her consulting role, she was a training and development coordinator and general manager for an international restaurant group where she had responsibility for a multi-million-dollar budget and a team of 100+ staff and managers. For more than a decade, Kristin has served as an adjunct instructor at DePaul University where she teaches organizational communication and business and professional communication. 

Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Public Advocacy from Ohio University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from DePaul University. She lives in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and sons.
