Chelsea Bergland

Asociate, Accounting

Chelsea joined Tassi and Company in 2023 as an associate on the Property Accounting team. In this role, Chelsea oversees a portfolio of more than a dozen commercial and industrial properties, preparing monthly financial reports and financial packages. She also supports lease administration, year-end tenant reconciliations, lender compliance and tax return preparation, and CAM reconciliations and is well versed with key property management and accounting software platforms including Yardi Voyager, AppFolio, and QuickBooks.  

Prior to joining Tassi and Company, Chelsea worked in a variety of real estate accounting and property operations roles, starting her career as an on-site manager and, later, becoming a property manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Arizona State University.
