Matt Bien

Associate, Development Draw 

Matt joined Tassi and Company in 2023 as a Development Draw Associate. In this role, he prepares and executes construction payment draws, ensuring funding requests are submitted to partners and lenders on time and within budget. 

Prior to joining Tassi and Company, Matt spent more than 10 years in the commercial and industrial construction industry, serving in roles ranging from Project Manager to Estimator. His experience, which spans construction management, client service, budgeting, and payment processing, gives him a unique perspective that is valued by both clients and lenders. 

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration from Illinois State University.
