Casey DiPietro

Associate, Accounting 

Casey joined Tassi and Company in 2022 as Property Accountant. In this role he is responsible for maintaining property financials and preparing monthly accounting and financial statements for industrial real estate clients. Additionally, he prepares year-end CAM reconciliations, supports lender compliance activities, and handles audit requests on behalf of the firm’s real estate clients.

Prior to joining Tassi and Company, Casey worked for nearly a decade in various accounting roles. He began his career at a national insurance company working on a small, nimble accounting team where he specialized in preparing financial statements, tax returns, and assisting the sales team with forecasts and projections to support business growth. From there, Casey moved to inventory accounting where he played a significant role in the company’s month-end close, accurately reporting inventory values and leading multiple process improvement projects. 

Casey earned his Associate of Arts degree from William Rainey Harper College and his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Roosevelt University.
