Carol Messer

Associate, Accounting

Carol is responsible for our clients’ monthly accounting and financial statement preparation.  She helps clients maintain compliance with lender requirements, assists in tax return preparation, and is involved in lease administration and year-end tenant reconciliations. She has experience using a variety of software packages including Timberline, Yardi, Oracle, SAP and QuickBooks.

Carol has been an accounting professional for 15 years and has experience in a variety of industries ranging from small businesses to large corporations She earned a bachelor’s degree from Columbia College of Missouri.
